The Scag Turf Tiger II is one of the toughest, most powerful and productive zero turn mowers that we've ever seen.
From the heavy-duty, Tri-Plate Velocity Plus™ cutter deck options, to its extra strength double-tube steel frame, or the dual 16cc hydraulic pumps and high-torque wheel motors, this mower is truly unbeatable.
The Turf Tiger II features the exclusive Command-Comfort Operator Station with adjustable 4-point iso-mounted suspension seat, and Quick-Fit adjustable steering control levers to make your time spent in the driver’s seat more comfortable and more productive.
Diesel or Petrol Engine Options
The Scag Turf Tiger II is available in either Briggs & Stratton 37hp EFI petrol, or Kubota diesel 25hp diesel engine options. With the petrol option, you're getting raw power with added efficiency, or with diesel the convenience and lower operating costs plus plenty of torque.
Velocity Plus™ decks
The Scag Turf Tiger II is fitted with Scag's Flagship 'Velocity Plus™' deck, available in either 61" or 72" cut sizes. This deck is an outstanding performer - well proven in tough New Zealand conditions, delivering a high-velocity discharge and a beautiful, manicured finish at faster ground speeds. And, it is super tough - the Tri-Plate design equals 485" deck top thickness from three separate layers of steel (7ga., 10ga, and 11ga.)
Cast iron spindles, cast locally and assembled in the factory, offer superior durability to similar alloy or imported spindles on alternative brands.
Hydraulics
The Heavy-duty hydraulic drive system includes dual 16cc Hydro-Gear pumps and Parker wheel motors for reliable, zero turn maneuverability. These provide smooth, positive and reliable power to the drive wheels. Extra large input bearing, input shaft and internal components add to reliability and performance. Built-in pressure relief valves reduce internal pressure spikes and add to pump life.
TIGER EYE™ Advanced Monitoring System
The instrument panel features the Tiger Eye Advanced On-Board Monitoring System, ignition switch, mower engagement switch, choke, throttle control and check engine light. 12-volt outlet mounted close for operator convenience.
VELOCITY PLUS™ DECK - the envy of the industry!
SHAFT DRIVE TO THE DECK - Nothing beats shaft drive to the deck. Instead of a long, spindly deck belt that is prone to slipping, coming off, stretching, fraying or breaking at various heights of cut or when under stress, this system enables efficient and reliable power transfer to the deck for ultimate power.
