About the Walker Model T
With multiple engine choices catering to specific commercial needs—and compatibility with virtually every Walker deck and add-on, the Model T provides unmatched versatility and year-round value. The Model T is equipped with a large, 10 bushel (12.4 cu. ft.) GHS grass catcher that allows extended mowing time between dumping. Like every Walker, the Model T features dual, independent hydrostatic transmissions, precision steering levers, and a separate Forward Speed Control providing precise, constant forward motion.
No other mower steers like a Walker, providing agile, zero-turn mowing with fingertip control and efficiency—all with the signature clean, manicured cut the Walker Mower. For operators wanting a single machine that will handle the toughest property maintenance challenges, the Model T is the solution.
The Walker T27i is the top model of the larger T series range. When you step up to the T27i from the T23, you're getting a great jump in power, as well as the improved fuel economy and engine performance of Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI).
The Walker T27i comes standard in New Zealand with the Comfort Seat fitted, however this can be traded/upgraded to the suspension seat if desired.
Standard Features
- Commercial air filter with remote air intake and turbine pre-cleaner

Deck options
Your T23 will come standard with your choice of either the Multi-Deck, capable of either mulching / catching or side discharge, or the standard GHS deck which is collection only. Deck options include either 42" or 48", with a 52" reverse-rotation collection deck also offered as an upgrade.
The Multi Deck is best suited for applications where a relatively even spread between catching / non-catching will be desired.
The standard GHS deck is best suited for those collecting the majority of their lawn and is best suited to catching grass in New Zealand conditions.
To use a cricket analagy: think of the GHS deck as a spin bowler, the best at the one function (catching grass). The Multi-Deck is the all-rounder - good at several functions, not the best at one.
Go inside the Walker GHS (Grass-Handling System):
The Walker T27i provides maximum power and fuel efficiency, designed for contractors wanting maximum productivity.
Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) is a proven technology, pioneered by Walker in mowers, almost two decades ago.
The Comfort Seat comes standard on the T27i, offering more cushioning than the basic seat. Armrests available as optional extra, or you can upgrade further to a full suspension seat.
All Walker collection decks are shaft driven for ultimate durability and power. Choose your T27i with either a standard GHS deck, or the versatile Multi-Deck.
