The STC flail collector is a versatile machine designed for efficient grass collection. It features a large steel drum rotor with four rows of closely spaced flails and two rows of draft paddles, which create suction for effective grass collection. Unlike many collectors, it doesn't have a narrow throat, preventing blockages even in wet conditions. This collector provides a clean finish on short turf and is suitable for various maintenance tasks, including clearing wildflower areas and golf course rough.

Sweeper Collector:

The sweeper collector, when in sweeping mode, is highly effective at gathering autumn leaves and debris. It features a brush rotor with four banks of durable polypropylene bristles that effortlessly lift autumn leaves, grass clippings, and litter into the hopper. These bristles are securely attached to a pre-drilled strip with wire staples and are generously long to provide a strong "flick" action, ensuring that the collected material is thrown to the back of the hopper for efficient collection.

What's convenient is that switching from a flail collector to a sweeper collector can be done in approximately an hour, and these rotors are available for purchase separately. This versatility allows users to adapt the STC to their specific needs, whether it's for collecting grass and debris with flails or efficiently sweeping up leaves and litter with the brush rotor.

Scarifier Collector:

The scarifier collector is a versatile attachment designed for professional scarifying and verti-cutting operations on sports turf and lawns. It replaces the flail collector blades with 2mm verti-cutting knives, leaving clean cuts in the turf at approximately 30mm intervals while collecting debris in a single pass. Switching between rotors for different functions, such as from a flail collector or sweeper collector to a scarifier collector, can be done in about an hour and these rotor attachments can be purchased separately to provide flexibility for specific maintenance needs.
